World International Register
The first world register for artifacts, collections, transport means, securities, real estates, intellectual property and other.

What you can register:
anything that can be considered an original or unique artifact with original or unmistakable features, a serial number, or an artifact otherwise exceptional or precious.
Safety
The registered person will be allocated a personal ID, which is the only datum visible for other users. Other information remains concealed and hidden. The information on the registered person cannot be removed – it can be only updated, and it remains in the system history so that it could be proved who inserted an item, requested the issue of a document with respect to that item, offered the item for sale, reported it as stolen. That can be done only by the person that registered the item in the system. Register ID (item number) is linked with the personal ID.
Any information can be added only by the registered person.
A separate record bearing the date of entry shall be made about any additional information.
Each registered item shall obtain a unique register ID.
Each request for the issue of a document registration is automatically sent in copies to WIR archives and is subject to other safety measures so that a document could be used as clear evidence on its issue, date, for whom it was issued and its content.
It is NOT POSSIBLE to change the data of an item or the date of its insertion with retroactive effect – the data can be only added to! That is how the system of WIR database is set. Owing to such setting we are able to issue proper confirmations for law suits, etc.
SECURE ANONYMOUS ACCOUNT: Anonymous account is WIR system account, which does not hold information about account owner. It is intended for persons, which does not trust computer systems, their security, or are afraid of reveal of their identity. No information is saved in WIR system.
How World International Register (WIR) works
Basic WIR functions are FREE OF CHARGE!
Following the registration each item will be given a unique register ID that is linked with the inserting person´s personal ID.
The inserted information and the insertion date will be written in the registration card.
Each following insertion of information will be written separately, including the date.
Items can be searched in the WIR database according to the register ID, serial numbers, document numbers and key words.
An item can be blocked by the inserting person against any graphic presentation. In that case only the notice that the item is in the database is displayed, but no graphic presentation of the item is allowed.
Providing the inserting person wishes to sell an item, he/she can display it for sale for an indefinite period. A hidden minimum price can be set. Lower offers will not be sent, he/she will be sent only higher offers at his/her e-mail address.
A sold item can be handed over within the WIR system to the new owner for him/her to continue the recording of that item history. The handing over will be automatically recorded by the WIR system.
The inserting person may allocate a GUEST PASSWORD to selected persons to inspect a registered item.
Confirmations of registration are issued for registered items, basic electronic or physical documents.
On request it is possible to issue a confirmation for authorities and courts on the registration of registered items, the registration date, the inserting person, etc.
For pertinent lawsuits about authorship or ownership user can request certificate of his account, certificate of any item user owns, date of registration, date of document creation, etc.
For example by registering book text in WIR system you gain witnessed proof of when was item saved and who saved it.
By simple request you can generate registration certificate. Three other copies of certificate will be sent to three different independent systems, where are data stored, including time and content. These records can be used together with witness statement of WIR system owners in case of lawsuit and given to judge advocates as evidence.
